This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Lucky Roll Studio, LLC ("Lucky Roll Studio") and the end user ("User") of any software or application developed by Lucky Roll Studio ("Software").
1. Grant of License
Lucky Roll Studio grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Use
User may install and use the Software on a single device for personal or commercial purposes related to Lucky Roll Studio's games and applications.
3. Restrictions
User shall not: Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on the Software.
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Ownership
Lucky Roll Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LUCKY ROLL STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LUCKY ROLL STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
7. Online Behavior
When using any online features or interacting with other users within the Software, User agrees to behave in a manner that is respectful, fair, and lawful. This includes refraining from: Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users.
Posting or sharing any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
Engaging in cheating, hacking, or any form of unauthorized manipulation of the Software or its features.
Lucky Roll Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate User's access to online features if User violates this clause. Lucky Roll Studio is not responsible for monitoring User behavior but encourages reporting of any violations to our support team.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Lucky Roll Studio may terminate this Agreement at any time if User breaches any provision of this Agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
10. Notice of Agreement
By installing or using any Software developed by Lucky Roll Studio, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
11. User-Generated Content
By using any software or game developed by Lucky Roll Studio, LLC, User grants Lucky Roll Studio the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display any user-generated content (such as in-game creations, posts, comments, and messages) for the purpose of advertising, marketing, and promoting Lucky Roll Studio's products and services, including but not limited to use on social media accounts, websites, promotional materials, and other marketing channels. User agrees that Lucky Roll Studio may use such content without any obligation to compensate User or seek additional permission, and User waives any moral rights or similar rights in such content.
